Wandering around Lastarria District, saw this restaurant and decided to try why it's one of the city's finest by tripadvisor ranking. The set menu changes everyday, so you only know what you get when you arrive. Couvert with great quality bread and flavoured butter. For startes, salad or salmon and sour cream sandwich, swedish style. For me, the starters were... More

Like others below, I had high expectations for this place given its at-the-time number 2 ranking on Trip Advisor. I have to say I was pretty disappointed. Food was not bad, but nothing special at all...just very...normal I guess you could say. Pretty nice ambiance and good drinks, but for a ranking this high you've got to come through with... More

Nice people, good food and great art. The art gallery is cool and the downstair bar is good surprise. Defenitely a place to see and come back!

This is just one of hundreds of similar trendy restaurants in Santiago. They offer standard food, okay service (but definitely NOT outstanding or some other over the top word), and a normal atmosphere - especially for Bellas Artes. The only thing that makes this restaurant special is the fact that the prices are a bad joke. If you order two... More

A great place with friendly people, trendy atmosphere and amazing food. We had the luck to catch a live chilean pop music show in the basement! The apple & trout ceviche was outstanding and the wagyu with jazmin rice was simply amazing. Ginger Pisco Sour was a surprise! An absolut must of Santiago!

Nice people. Good service. But this is Chile and we should have known better. The food was laughably awful for the price. Having to pay extra for side dishes is one thing but when the potatoes are so dry that you can't swallow them..that's another level. The wagyu beef was criminally over-salted, as were the vegetables. The carpaccio de res... More

This is the second time I visited the restaurant. It is just as good now as it was several months ago when I was last in Santiago. Food fresh, well prepared and presented. Service friendly and attentive, but still casual. They speak English, and have an English menu, but most people there the two times I went were local. We... More

We just happened to walk by Interludio as they were opening. The menu looked intriguing enough for us to reserve a table for later that evening. When we returned 3 hours later the best evening of our 2 weeks of Travel was waiting for us. Our 2 minute conversation earlier in the day resulted in being greeted by the entire... More

Everything about this place was a discovery for us. The menu is very intriguing; they use a quite uncommon mixture of ingredients - all of these with an outstanding result. The entrée was delicious - we had hummus and a beef carpaccio. The drinks were quite good and varied; not the usual place for drinks. Service was diligent and the... More

Starting for the place, the restaurant is in the middle of one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods of Santiago. The atmosphere is great, and the place is well designed, attractive and very cool. The food: amazing. I have been there three or four times and always is surprising with new plates and flavors. About deserts, the mango's cheesecake is something... More
