One of the better, if not best, sushi options in Lima. Always fresh, with a wide variety of choices, tastefully made unlike most sushi restaurants in Lima which drown the makis in sauces. Better value can be found in a few all-you-can-eat places, but if you want overall quality, this is the place to be.

Edo was just a block from the apartment we rented in Miraflores. We ate there about once a week and we stayed almost 6 weeks. It was delicious, clean and fresh food. I have eaten sushi all around the world (even Japan) and this was some of the best I have ever had.

Following the excellents reviews we try the Edo Sushi Bar and we could verify that truly deserves to be among the best restaurants in Lima. Simply the best sushi I've ever tasted. The mixture of different flavors and textures of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine is perfect. We experience "Paquete 3" enough for up to 3 people and left the choice... More

Went to Edo with friends, who highly recommended it for being delicious, welcoming and clean, three important factors in choosing any restaurant. Prices are very reasonable and waiters know their selections. They might be pushing the day specials, but they don’t come across as arrogant or nearly as persistent like I’ve experienced in other well rated restaurants in Lima. The... More

We are from California, and found this place up there with the best Japanese food we have eaten! The kids loved it and very reasonably priced. Well worth a look for Japanese food with a Peruvian twist!

As a big fan of traditional Sushi I though that the idea of sushi-fusion was somehow sacrilegious. Edo however soon removed that thought by serving up some of the finest sushi I have ever tasted. I went with my wife and we tried a 40 piece maki package, consisting of 8 different types of maki. Sitting in front of the... More

Being lactose intolerant I have observed that Peruvian sushi places have a tendancy to put cream cheese in most of their rolls, not quite sure why? This Edo restaurant is more authentic for those who like traditional sushi/Japanese food. There are three sushi "paquetes" which cost around 80 soles and are good for 2-3 people. Fresh quality fish, not too... More
