this restaurant has behind it one of the best restaurants in Bogota - Criterion. I have been five or six times and each has been almost perfect! The only issue with this restaurant is that is in the basement of a hotel, so has no view whatsoever. Apart from this, I think is one of the best places to eat...

Restaurants with a combination of good food and good service are difficult to locate in Panama City. The Rausch Restaurant definitely has these attributes combined with a wonderful modern setting. This is a good restaurant for business dinners, or for couples. The food was fantastic and the service even better. I would recommend the Tuna Tartar to begin, followed by...

Rausch sits in the basement of the Hotel Esplendor on Ave Samuel Lewis, near via Espana. The décor is simple and understated. The staff, especially the senior staff, are excellent. They arrive when...

Was in town for 12 days on business and I would recommend this restaurant for anyone wanting to entertain a large group, go out with executives and for a nice romantic meal.
Highly recommend the tasting menu and it compares with any tasting menu in the states. Small plates, great taste, great wine.
Only con is that as I found...

Not much more needs to be said. I have had an awesome evening with good friends at Rausch.
The food was stunning, the ambience was really nice and the service was terrific.

Prices are very fair for the quality...

We lucked in to Rausch on a trip to Panama City. Chef, former sous chef to Raymond Blanc at Manoir aux Quatre Saisons outside of London. Five course tasting menu with wines, $52.00 !!!And it was so great, we went back the second night. Everything was superb from the cappuccino of portobello mushrooms to start, melting short ribs over puree,...

not very french per se in its menu however this was a nice experience. Cuisinr is mord like fusion/modern. I tried the degustation menu for $58 with wine. Same menu without wine is $42. A la carte prices are reasonable for the stanxing, $15-25 for an entree. Restaurant is inside the hotel Esplendor.
