My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Paladar! We sat at a high top table in the bar area and were greeted by both of the wait staff that were covering the bar area! We were immediately informed that we could still put in a “Happy Hour” order witch we promptly did. We ordered 4 things to share... More

This is my go to restaurant when in Annapolis. The decor is great, the service is good and the food is excellent. My favorites are the traditional guacamole and then fish tacos. If you like salad, the Spinach one is great.

Our recent dining experience at Paladar has made us customers for life. The food was delicious, the prices were fairly reasonable, and the service was attentive without being obtrusive. The atmosphere is also excellent. Paladar strikes the right balance between modern and classic, and even though the restaurant is large, our booth felt fairly private. Some of the negative reviews... The food was nothing special at all. I love Latin food and this stuff tasted like it came from the grocery freezer. The calamari was small and extremely salty. The chips that normally come free in other restaurants had no flavor or salt, the plantains tasted like the tortillas and the tortillas tastes like the yucca. The pork chop I... More

Excellent decor immersing you in the atmosphere of this Latin kitchen, the food was fresh and unique. The portions were large but everything was fresh and presentation was on point. For those couples looking for intimacy go dancing afterwards this place is a little loud, why? Because good times are being had by all. The greeters and waitress provided friendly... More

We enjoy the good latin (Caribbean) food. It's not too spicy like you might find at a number of Tex-Mex restaurants and has representatives from a number of countries. Also, the drinks are good and they don't stinch on the alchohol.

Paladar has a variety of well prepared menu items with generous portions and something for every taste. Plenty of vegetarian choices as well as more traditional South American pork and beef dishes. They also feature an amazing array of rums and offer a *flight* for tasting and comparing. Beautifully appointed with attentive and knowledgeable staff members. We will be returning.

We recently dined at the Paladar Restaurant and had quite a pleasant dining experience. The entree selection was quite delectable as well! Both persons in my party ordered the braised short rib dish which was accompanied with sauteed spinach over smoked goat cheese grits - Delicious! The short ribs were so tender that they could be cut with a spoon... More

I wasn't sure I was going to like latin food, as I'm not big on cilantro, but I was really surprised. The food was great. The home-made guac. would typically have cilantro but the chef made it without for me (as it is made fresh to order). The fish taco's were really good. The portion sizes are nice and they... More
