Restaurant has a nice comfortable atmosphere. We were here on a Monday night and it was not crowded. Our server was helpful and there when needed. The menu has a great selection. The mushroom rissoto was probably our favorite dish. The pork spring rolls had a good flavor but were greasy. The grilled calamari were fresh and had a good... More

We stopped here on a Friday afternoon for a quick drink and stayed for a few hours trying different drinks and small plates. Very unusual and delicious combinations. Highly recommend! Try the grilled calamari or eggplant---shows that simple can be incredible. Not expensive but not cheap either.

All around, a great cocktail lounge and food venue. An inventive, delicious cocktail menu. For whiskey lovers, the Bourbonopolis and the Bulleit and Roses cocktails are winners. All of the food plates are delicious and very well executed. This includes such "simple" dishes as Olives and Almonds, and Brussels Sprouts.

Its always fun to find those neat restaurants that aren't 'mainstream' and Level (to me) seemed to be just that. Four of us had dinner there on a Saturday night, quite busy, but luckily we had called ahead for reservations and were able to be seated as soon as we got there. Our waiter was very nice and attentive the... More

We stopped in, having stumbled upon it. Big front door opens up to give a nice feel. Bar staff was very nice and helpful. Drinks were very inventive and fun, such as the Zephyr and Smoky Margarita. Small happy hour plates were wonderful -- grilled calamari was surprisingly great, hummus was generous, tasty, and had some light greens on top... More

Level has a split personality, and this is where people go to look cute vs. having fun. The Good Food is very good, nice presentations, and tasty. Portions tend to be smaller than the average restaurant. Almost like tapas at times. The mixed drinks/cocktails can’t be beat. I’ve yet to find a bar close by that does it as well.... More

Stopped in by myself for a quick bite when I was researching birthday party locations in Annapolis. While not what I was looking for (too far from the waterfront) I did score a fabulous meal with great service! Their format is small plates rather than formal meals. The waitress told me that most people get 2 to 3 small plates... More

We went to Level after reading many great reviews about their happy hour. The hostess was not very friendly (that should have been a sign) but we waited for seats at the bar and asked for a menu (it was 5:35-- happy hour is until 7pm). The bartender gave us a menu and we ordered a crab dip thinking it... More

We stopped in for a quick dinner before going to an early show at Rams Head, which is just down the street. Food and service were all first class. Keep in mind that we were there at 5 pm on a Wednesday and it was not crowded at all. But everything they brought out was wonderful, starting with my vodka... More

Level is the best kind of mix between local hangout where you're greeted like a friend and upscale dining experience. Not only is everyone in the place happy to see you and hoping to make your night a great one, the food is amazing. The freshness, the presentation, the selection all add up to a wonderful experience.
