Hard to imagine that the Andover and North Andover locations are part of the same chain. Andover location generally has good service, and is clean. North Andover location generally has bad service and is dirty. If you like Bertucci's, I recommend picking this location over the North Andover one.

It was very cold and we needed a quick dinner. Their pizza was just what we needed. I liked the thin crust pizza and good selection of choices . Our server was friendly and helpful in a warm inviting setting.

Love the food, service was great. The only downside is that they do not take reservations. Among three of us, we had a variety of entrees and we found all of them delicious and with large portions - half of which we saved for lunch the next day!

I like the margarita pizza,but usually bring most of it home because I can't stop eating the hot rolls.My husband really likes many items on the menu.

Good italian food from a large chain. The oven baked pizza is yummy. Thin crust. I got the unlimited soup and salad which filled me up. Very good

Never have a had a bad meal here. Always prompt service and good food! Its a great spot for a first date if you are sat in a booth or just meeting up with friends!
