We went here in both day and night (AMAZING tuna baguette, by the way!) Great spot on the river with mattresses and cushions to chill out on, there's even a volleyball court for those wanting to play! Great traveller atmosphere, would definitely recommend.

We loved Utopia. The location is so relaxing and beautiful. The drinks and food were yummy. The service was also very friendly The hibiscus tea was very nice. We went various times as it was lovely.

Nice chilled out bar, serves food (can't comment as we didn't eat here). It has a volleyball court which we played with other travellers and lao people. I love utopia. During day time there's a relax atmosphere a good place to take a break in your day.
