The only one authentic italian restaurant in Sanya, owned by italian couple. Maria, who is the owner and the chef at one time is very friendly and open, speaks great english and is always checking customers satisfacion level.
The food was very delicious, despite the fact that basil is not common in China and Casa Mia substitutes it with tarragon....

We enjoy a very nice dinner, food was excellent and service is outstanding. We were 7 people and all dishes arrived in time. Food quality and price: fantastic.

Highly recommended! The food is great and the service is good! The owner is friendly and happy to have new customers visiting on their vacations! They have homemade pasta that they make in the kitchen! Yummy

Delicious food. Well priced. Put it on your must do list for Sanya. Pizza, pasta and main courses of authentic Italian food. Happy to say items are not available if fresh produce is not available and the gelato is fantastic.

Just had Dinner there. Called to ask the staff how to get there. To tell the taxi driver. Any info. NO CHANCE. But after I got there, it as smooth sailing all the way...

This restaurant has two locations and is a very popular spot in Sanya. Great pasta and pizza, the owners really know great hospitality. The staff are well trained and friendly. Restaurant is bright and modern. Prices are very reasonable too. Recommend the seafood pasta and an excellent lasagne!! A regular for us and always good.

The staff were delightful. They are happy to tell you which dish is the freshest. We ate here twice in our week in Sanya. Very glad that we did and highly recommend. Prices were very good.
