You can tell how good a restaurant is by the size of the crowd and this Cafe is full when we had dinner on a Thursday evening. So the service was uneven but the food made up for it. We had grilled shrimps, crispy squid rings, grilled fish and a vegetable. The mood and setting in Jimbaran made the place... More

My first time visit to this Seafood restaurant was May, 2009. It was our honeymoon trip to Bali, got referred to this lovely dinner place by the beach by my sister. Until now everytime we visit Bali, dinner at Menega is a MUST in our itinerary. It is best to book a Table first, since most seafood restaurants at Jimbaran... More

This restaurant is located in a cluster of restaurants on the beach all of which are good. The seafood is fresh and cheap. The 4 lb lobster is about US$50 and is plenty big enough for 2 people. We had a whole white fish, 6 jumbo shrimp,6 clams, a large lobster and 2 large beers for US$100 and were stuffed.... More

The seafood at this retaurant was fresh, well cooked and the price was reasonable. The waiter who was definatley Balinese was the worst waiter I have ever seen in the World. He was an obnoxious pip squeak and was rude to our entire table, 50% of whom were from Bali. He made several service mistakes and then blamed his colleagues.... More

I have a friend who's been living in Indonesia for the past 2 years and she and her colleagues told my friends and I that while on our stay in Bali, this was the place to come eat seafood. This was THE place if you wanted to eat great seafood by the water, not a tourist trap, and the place... More

Nice casual restaurant at the beach. Great food. Ok service at good price (3 people with fish, jumbo prawns, squid and clams) for Rs.650,000 = +/- USD70. One f the best on the beach. In Bali? Go there!
