Ary's Warung is an Ubud institution and I dine there every time I'm in Bali. Through its various transformations the food has remained excellent and atmosphere very chilled. Local food is tastefully combined with modern creations. It is always a treat.

A great place to step off the busy street for a refreshing drink and comfortable lounge scene with a view of the action. We greatly enjoyed the hors d'oeuvres and hip swanky atmosphere. The service is great.

I visited this bar Oct 2010 ,thought it was great for lunch, this visit not so, looking a little tied and not a person there at 8 PM

The place is owned by decedents from the Palace. The menu is too upscale for Ubud and it's location. We went in excited given the ambiance but left after only ordering drinks for a more authentic Balinese dinner. Also-too expensive for Bali.

We only drank here so no comment on the food. The Mojito was average as basically served in such a large thick glass it was too diluted to really taste it and the glass while sounding petty really did distract from the drink. They have a very interesting take on some of the dishes they serve - most are great, though a couple do fall short of the mark. The drinks selection though is very interesting and different! All very yummy that I tried!!
