Minami offers excellent and authentic Japanese cuisine in a beautiful setting. Not too formal - ideal holiday dining. Try the minami junior carpaccio, agedashi tofu, and pork cutlet. Absolutely delicious and great attention to detail. Service was also very good. Highly recommended.

This restaurant was highly recommended in our guide and did not disappoint. The set menus offered a great variety of dishes that left us content and wishing we could squeeze another bite in. The owner was very friendly as were the staff. Beautiful setting. A fabulous place for dinner in ubud.

This is an absolutely fabulous restaurant! The futomaki roll is to die for and I love the sweet complimentary little bento platter they bring out before your meal. It's a bit pricey by local standards ($25 for two) but would be twice as much for the same quality in the U.S.
