Ayala's Moon cafe became our favourite restaurant in Cebu (we dined there 4 times). I don't know what is a Mexican food, never tried a real one, but we loved the interpretation of Mexican food by Moon cafe. Local dishes are good, but we preffered the Mexican ones.
