The atmosphere was very relaxing and enjoyable.The service was great and the servers were warm and friendly. The food was delicious, but expensive. The vodka was the best I've ever had. Great authentic Russian place to eat!

Excellent food and great service (without being over the top). As is typical for Moscow open late so you can comfortably go after the ballet. Also typical for Moscow and Russia the wine prices are ridiculously high, seems inescapable! Overall a great restaurant and definitely recommended.

Bolshoi is a proper formal dining place. Went here for a business dinner, service was very good. They have a very extensive menu with good variety, and as expected, a comprehensive wine list. The appetizers were excellent, the mains pretty good. Overall a solid bet for a formal meal.

In great cities you always need to go to great restaurants. Everything about the Bolshoi was big, including the bill of course. If you can afford it go because it is a great culinary adventure, I had the best blinis with beluga caviar, great veal and amazing dessert

I had a business dinner here with clients and can't really complain about the food. My fillet steak was very tender and perfectly cooked to my preference. Other guests also enjoyed their food. Bolshoi restaurant is located not far from Bolshoi Theatre in the very centre of Moscow. Fixtures and design of interiors are just wonderful, i.e. rich but elegant, without exaggerations.
