This is a perfect Chinese restaurant...nice food ,nice price!.....and also not far from my home, one dish served with chicken was very nice but I don't know the name.. Anyway..nice Chinese restaurant that you need go to try!
It's perfect! Traditional kind of Hangzhou food. It's a good choice for a visitor to HZ. Good! But it's the same as The Grandma's. 'Wai Po Jia' does mean 'The Grandma's' in Chinese!
Basically, I agreed with everyone's comment below. Affordable and delicious dishes. The selection can be overwhelming. This is one of our favorites and the prices are GREAT! We took our family and friends there who were visiting from the USA and the said it was their favorite place in China.
Love the food variety and the generous serving. Price are reasonable. Opens 1030am - 11pm continuously. So if you can avoid peak hrs, you do not need to queue. Must eat: Ma La Pot Sliced Fish - fish meat is tasty & no bone. Other dishes are as good.

The shop...

We got a Q number and waited for our table. When it finally was our turn, we were lead to a packed but very...

Came here to celebrate my birthday with my friends. Had a long wait as it was really crowded.
The food was not bad and I m intending to return to the restaurant once again, especially to try their pancake once again.
Staffs are rather busy and can be more attentive towards guests' needs.
I would say the food is good...
