We came here as we didn't want to wait at the Malay restauarant close by which was packed and we were starving. I should have realized that the service would be average when we walked in and no one showed us any interest until I went up to a lady and asked for a table, we practically seated ourselves. We... Extremely Bad service, unprofessional & untrained staff. They serve what they want to, even though you order something else. We asked 3 time can you serve Veg birayni without spice or can you recommend anything less spicy. The waitress said no prob we can make such. When served it was highly spicy and the chef said 'May be the order... More

Spice of India serves good quality Indian food, but like most outlets in Suria KLCC, it is an upscale restaurant. The food price is maybe 30% more than average Indian restaurant. We tried the famous chilly masala crab and the dish is really good! Deco is also good.

By looking at the name "SPICE OF INDIA", we think it might be a high class, elegant and fine dining restaurant. Apart from the price it charged, nothing is considered "high" or "fine". The experience to dine in this restaurant is a total disappointment to us!!! My husband and I were looking for a nice restaurant at KLCC to fill... More

I was there for dinner last night and the restaurant was only about 25% full, in fact exactly 6 tables occupied. Food was ok but not great. I felt the buttered chicken's gravy was too diluted making it difficult to be picked up with the nasn bread if you are eating by hand. Naan bread was a little too thin... More

I went to the Gardens outlet of Spice of India. The place - for the lack of better word - was DEAD EMPTY. Not a single customer in sight. While the next door taiwanese joint had a huge waiting line - and the Thai Express full of people - I found it a little surprising that this place had to... More

A bit expensive compared to other Indian food, but it was quite good and the portions were very generous.

Initially I had visited their restaurant at Pavilion and found it very good. But this one at KLCC was a disappointment in terms of taste and service. In first place we felt we were not at all welcomed and way we were served was confirming our initial opinion. I had requested them to make the food spicy but what I... More
