convenient with mini market, atm machine, open air, ample parking but the food is average

I been there on 29th Feb 2012, we ordered dinner for two which is fried rice & fried mee which took them 2 hrs to prepare it. Waiters are teribble, poor service and not a friendly environment to get in. NO one should eat there if the service sucks.
