I love partaking of Paseo Uno's Buffet brunch that has both Continental and Asian cuisine on its spread. They have a wide array of choices including vegetarian. Cold dishes and hot dishes are many . Breads and pastries are their specialties and the dessert is simply irresistible. Paseo Uno at Mandarin Oriental is truly a 5-star restaurant.

Hotel buffets in general are all the same...huge selection of various foods and you eat till you are truly stuffed. What sets this place apart is that you can ask the chef at the grill to prepare foie gras...and there is no limit on how much you can request! They don't advertise this though (I guess for economic reasons) but...

Very wide selection of food and excellent service. Very good hotel buffet. Ranks one of the best hotel buffets in the Philippines. I would recommend this place to tourists.
