The piano player was fantastic and made the bar area the perfect setting for drinks. The appetizer was great , it was the best calamari I have ever tasted. My steak was also delicious and the chocolate cake dessert was HUGE and we had to take it home because I was too full.

Had the most wonderful time at Truluck's for our friend's birthday. Its a beautiful location. The restaurant treated us like royalty and gave our friend a special appetizer for his birthday. The food was great and the service top notch. I can highly recommend this place!

In need of seafood fix among all the TexMex and BBQ in Austin, we tried Truluck's and had a delightful evening of great food, lovely (if a bit campy - swordfish on the walls) atmosphere, and impeccable service. We did not try the steaks on this trip, but we will return. What a delight.

This place is great for either personal and business dinners or drinks. I set business meetings here as often as I can. The bar appetizer special are great and you can always find something tasty. If you have a dinner for two or a dinner for twelve the service and food quality is always outstanding.
