Had the chocolate chocolate chip, and the cookie dough ice cream and it was amazing. They have hundreds of flavors of their home made ice cream. Its definitely a must stop in Alexandria .

We always stop into Pop's when spending a day walking through Old Town. The ice cream is wonderful, creamy, and there are always lots of great flavors. It can tend to get crowded when it's a nice day, but they move people through pretty well.

After a dinner in Old Town, this is the best spot to get dessert. Plenty of ice cream flavor choices are only the start of an impressive menu that also includes imaginative sundaes, malts, chocolate sodas and even egg creams. Services isn't the fastest (indeed, it can be quite slow at times), but don't go if you're in a hurry.

No matter what flavor you choose you can't go wrong. You can get one scoop of one flavor and one scoop of another if you can't decide. The waffle cones are delicious. Definitely worth the wait in line!

This place had a great selection of homemade ice creams. It is very busy, but worth the wait. Although, not cheap, the quality and serving sizes are awesome.
