Tagline says it all really. It's a nice place, fantastic naan bread and great service. A great hint we got from the owner - there's a massage place down the road with a green sign. Go upstairs for one of the best Chinese massages ever!

Had a lovely meal here. Delicious, fresh naan and flavorful curries. Surprisingly well-priced. Service was friendly, but as often happens in China, the meals came out one by one, so don't expect to have a large table served simultaneously. With that said, when the food does come out it is piping hot and just so fresh! Worth going to if...

We had a lovely experience at Kali Mirch. The naan bread was delicious. The vegetarian dishes excellent. The chicken was ok and the lamb sikh kebabs not so great. Overall though we had a nice meal. What made our night was the friendly waitress called Cherry. We had read about her welcome and she didn't disappoint. The lamb skewers may...

We ate at Kali mirch twice on our visit to Yangshuo, food was great ,Sammy and her mum more than helpful with menu, very clean restaurant. Lamb and chicken dishes, both tender and full of flavour. Food as good as some restaurants at home.
Was really excited to try this place after all the great reviews but it was really nothing special.
The samosas were ok, the pakoras nothing special. The lamb rogan josh and aloo gobi were devoid of any flavour and the naan seemed like it had come out of a package - did not seem freshly baked at all. Maybe the...

This is a fantastic little restaurant. It is very close to West Street so it is in a great location. The menu is extensive, the food is great and the prices are really reasonable. The service is very good and the staff all have great English. A big thank you to James especially who made us feel very welcome! Definitely...

We were three couples and decided we needed some relief from Chinese food on our trip. We landed on May Day which is a national holiday in China. We called from our Groteluschen who had no clue about this place. It was 950 pm and the kitchen was about to close. We pleaded we will be there within minutes and...

Very pleasant atmosphere with excellent service. The staff all spoke fantastic English and the menu is the best I've seen, with a great range of dishes (including a wide selection of vegetarian). The food was without exception brilliant, and each curry could be made to different spice levels to meet preferences. We even got some extra to takeaway.
We went there three times during our visit to Yangshuo. After expensive Indian restaurants in Shanghai, this comes as a surprise in both price and quality.
Tried different dishes all three times and were not disappointed. Samosas were very good. Both daals on the menu were exceptional (these are simple dishes, which many restaurants screw up). Daals are my favorites...

OK, so I didn't try everything on the menu, and it wasn't the kind of Indian food I've had in London or the Bay Area, but for China, it was quite good. Fresh ingredients, fresh taste, and a hoot to watch my Chinese friend taste Indian for the first time.
Loved the service too - whoever helped us spoke perfect...
