I stopped in with the sole purpose of sampling Black Dragon's famous brownies and was not disappointed. Incredible food. Home made jams, strong, big mugs of coffee. Fresh, local ingredients put to great use by a culinary genius! Oodles of books to browse, borrow or buy. Sit down with a mug and a brownie, watch the day go past the window and you will know happiness.

the black dragon is my favourite cafe in dali, the menu is highly original from drinks to food, different kind of teas/ coffees/smoothies etc. all is cooked with fresh healthy ingredients and delicious. don't miss out on the wraps and brownies. besides that it's an excellent place to meet friendly locals and foreigners who live in dali. highly recommended!
