I visited an Italian restaurant in China, and got served a choice or Thai or German food. We ordered a few dishes - the Italian and Thai were OK, the German awful. It's in a good location for people watching, and the staff are friendly, but not really recommended.
one member threw up the spaghetti later that night, but the fries were great!

Staff well trained- good oferings of food- reasonably priced and very good portions-excellent coffee- great place to relax- value for money!(that's whatit is all about

Possibly the worst immitation of Italian food we've had on our travels. Slow moving staff, a long wait, and food so un-italian and so untasty we couldn't get the courage to finish it.
We stayed at the Banyan Tree, so this was a comfortable stroll to find balanced food from a day full of Naxi cuisine. Ordered Chianti '05, stir fried broccoli (finished in minutes), lasagna, and four seasons pizza. All very tasty esp. The ribeye steak!
I had the chance to visit Lijiang many times and every time I stop at Mamma Mia in Shuhe for a pizza!!! Not only the pizza is like we have in Italy but also the ambiance is very nice and the staff very friendly!!! Great choice if you are alone and you want to relax, great place for a dinner...
