The only good thing about this hotel is the architecture. Being an old palace, they have maintained the old charm and beauty. The restaurant as such is a poor place. I opted for a buffet lunch (around 700 INR). The variety was very very few and even the food didn't even taste good (forget about being great). Service was terrible...

The restaurant is located on the ground floor of this majestic palace, however the inside of the restaurant didn't look much better than an old school assembly hall. Looks aside we concentrated on the food. The food wasn't at all impressive, rather less than what you could get from any curry house in London. The service seemed to almost play...

Externally it looks wonderful but the food and service were horrible. The property was not maintained well. I did not stay here.

What a waste of my money.
Went to buffet and what I get is either a stale food or cold food on my plate.
The ambiance is such a let down.
Unbelievably bad.
Please do not bother to go here and waste your time and money on this restaurant which otherwise could have been such a great experience if the...

Set in a palace built for the English Viceroy of India in the 1920's, this place is absolutely splendid. Run by the Indian government's tourist wing, they've maintained the space - just about.
Meals are served in the immaculate grand ballroom, which often times you'll have entirely to yourself. (The rooms are somewhat stuffy with few tourists passing through, and...
