The Gulai Fish & petai prawns were great as for dessert, the cendol with kacang was yummy!!!. However, parking is a problem. We had to buy a whole booklet of parking ticket only to use an hour. Sigh!!! They shud have invented parking meters for visitors. Thank god the booklet is valid till 2013 or I have to give away...

Me and my buddies tried this restaurant once because they claimed its halal. The menu is about the same you can find in the other peranakan restaurants in the same vicinity. Overall if you are not too fussy about the nyonya food then it's only okay.

The service attitude was not as pleasant. The wait for food is quite long, maybe is because the restaurant also cater for tour groups. The taste is average, not fantastic.

A Nonya restaurant that serves so so food. Traditional dishes are not on the menu. Gets crowded at dinner time.

Expect packed restaurant even if you go off-peak hours. Food is slow to be served..so dont go there famished. Recommended: Itik tim soup (duck in salted vege) and sambal petai udang. Asam Pedah fish is nothing to shout about. The cendol is not bad.

My best friend took me here, she told me it's the best peranakan cuisine in Melaka and she was right. We had Ayam Pong Teh, Chicken with gravy. Oh dear..the gravy is so tasty. They used lots of tauco which I loveeee....I literally drank the gravy, OK? It's that good! We also ordered udang sambal (Shrimp with chilli) and sotong... More

This restaurant was not my first choice. Nyonya Suan was not open for dinner so I decided to try this one out. Regret my decision. No one should come here. We ordered their specialty; chicken ponteh, sambal prawns and chap chai. Only the former was considered good. The chicken dish was too salty and the prawn dish was not fresh,... More
