I got the casado with beef here. It was stewed and though it could have been a little more moist it was still good and the portion was great. We also go the appetizer mixed plate. In retrospect getting both was a bit much. Choose one or the other.

We wanted a burger after hiking through the National Park, and ducked into this restaurant when the rain started coming down pretty hard. The food was pretty good; the service was okay, but I felt SO sorry for the local (stray?) dogs that were begging at several tables. The one by ours just stole my heart! I wish I could...

Excellent food, decent prices, strong drinks, and a great view of the beach make this a place worth visiting in Manuel Antonio. I recommend the fried plantains and calamari. Both were absolutely delicious. Conveniently located outside of Manuel Antonio National Park, this is a good place to refuel after a long day spent at the park and beach. The service...

This restaurant is located across from the beach and I dined here a couple of times. The food was good on both occasions, with the fish from the specials list being a particular highlight. Service was good, the prices are on a par with other places.
Ate here a few times and at different times of the day. Food is great and staff very friendly. Had the chicken and avacodo sandwich and it was amazing. Great place to people watch as it is across from the beach
My partner and I went there for lunch because it was next to the beach. Food in Costa Rica is relatively cheap. This restaurant was the most expensive one we ate at while on our trip last June, and had the worst food. My partner ordered the fish which was ridiculously bland, and I ordered shrimp that came in a...

Best fish ever! Very good drinks. Good value. Nice open air with great view of beach and people watching. Very friendly staff.
We were hot and sweaty after our morning walk through the park. The Marlin Restaurant was just what the doctor ordered. The staff quickly cleared a table for us and the brought us ice cold sodas. We ordered shrimp burritos and chicken quesadillas both were excellent. A little pricey but everything in Manuel Antonio is.
Great location on the main drag in front of the beach just outside Manuel Antonia national park. Both my husband and I found the food mediocre. The ceviche was quite old and tasteless. I don't think they should serve it at all unless then can make it fresh. My husband's meal was average. We gave El Marlin a pass the...

We ate here for lunch and we both had quesadillas which were ok. The atmosphere was ok but gets very hot since the restaurant is completely open. Not too impressed with this place & wouldn't go back.
