After a hike to Mendenhall Glasier we hunted down Tracy's based on reviews. It was the best crab you can get, ever. If you're on a cruise, get off and eat at this place. How many chances are there to be in Juneau? Yes it's expensive. So, the bisque was good, the crab cakes soso. But the CRAB it was... More

We stopped in Juneau as part of our cruise and had seen Tracy's on the show Top Chef Seattle and wanted to check it out. This place has the best crab bisque ever! They will even give you a free sample if you are undecided. The crab roll has a lot of crab on it but I would ask for... More

Undoubtedly this wayside joint offers the best big crab legs that are worth trying when in Juneau. We ordered a bucket of king crab legs for our group of four. There were apx three pounds of six big legs that were boiled fresh and served with bread. The very fleshy large legs were the best we had anywhere. A real... More

We were recommended by several of our cruise ship personnel to try Tracy's King Crab Shack as the crab legs are delicious! and boy were they right! The only thing I found disappointing was that it was an outdoor, like hot dog type stand with a tent across from it with a few tables inside....it was cold and wet, not... More

We had the biggest crab leg ever! The crab was fresh and so good! The place is just a stand on the pier and the sitting was folding tables but was still fun. It was raining but they had tents to eat in. We had a lot of fun. They also had homemade Rootbeer which was cold and so good!... More

Everything I ate was fabulous!! It's a must!! The bisque and snow pops are great. Love the sauce for the crab cakes! Bring a jacket and you'll be just fine.

This is my second time visiting Tracy's Crab Shack. I still remembered from my last visit before the Top Chef fame and determined this is a 'can't missed' for me and my wife. During the recent visit, nothing has changed, the crew is still friendly and happy to serve and the crab and the bisque are as tasty as before.... More

Words can't describe how tasty, fresh and delish their food is. I would fill a bathtub with their crab bisque and bathe in it if I could afford it. King crab legs and snow pops are an absolute must. Their crab is so sweet it doesn't even need butter. Trust me, if you are a crab fan eat here!

We just found out about Tracy's and it was our 3rd time to Juneau! How did we miss this? We had a sunny day, found a table in the warm sun and enjoyed the combo of 1 KC leg, a bowl of bisque and crab cakes (they also give you their delicious rolls with the meal). There was just the... More

I was in Juneau on vacation, attending my niece's wedding and visiting Juneau for the week. Since it was my first trip to Alaska I wanted to experience as much local as I could. One of those was my first real Alaskan King Crab. Hands down the only place that came up was Tracy's. The food was great, nothing fancy... More
