I had fried hake and chips and it was unremarkable and quite pricey. But everyone raves about the sushi here, so I guess I just made a wrong choice.

This eatery excelles itself with the best prepared seafood and sushi I have ever tasted. The rainbow rolls reloaded are exceptional as iare all their rolls nigiri and their sashimi is succelnt and fresh. I also had a fish dish and calamari on other visists and they too were fantastic..highly recommended
My wife and I enjoyed the sushi at Willoughby's immensely. Our waitress, Andrea, was knowledgeable of the menu and wine list. My 4x4 sushi dish is worthy of a "must return".
As a european it wouldn't be my first choice to eat in a mall. Our experience with this restaurant was somewhat different. While we don't like eating there as the restaurant is in the middle of a busy walk way in a mall, we often get sushi take out. Excellent quality, budget for about R300 a head, gets you all the good stuff. Highly recommended Only need their menu on the web.

My husband's hake was "mushy" and on the previous occasions we both had the baby soles...

However there was no sign of any wasabi!!??? I dont mind paying for good food but when its this price, something like wasabi on a platter containing...

Always worth a visit when you are in Cape Town if you like sushi or fish, the 4x4 is especially good. I think I always order the same thing when I eat there. They used to do a Rock Shrimp Trio or something like that which was exceptional but they have stopped now. Pity.
Service is a bit hit and...
