Enjoyed a 5pm cider and appies with some famous parmesan fries - worth the walk from downtown. Really good value. Will return soon.

At here while on a business trip for dinner. Had two Cosmos, both made very well. Happy hour is 5-7pm, so get there for that. Had the Scottish Salmon fillet, wasn't expecting much considering it was Phoenix, but was pleasantly surprised. The fish was cooked just right and tasted really good. Had the caramel walnut sundae, which was really good...

We love going to Portland's in Phoenix. Across the street from Deck Park-great location. Food is great, service is hit or miss but still worth the trip.

I had a pre-theatre dinner here with family and friends a few months ago, and was very impressed by everything - the service, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the live music, everything!
The food was of course delicious, and its presentation was superb. It was reasonable priced as well. The restaurant is in a convenient location not too far from downtown...

My wife and I stopped here on our way to the Nutcracker at Phoenix Symphony hall. It was conveniently located on one of the Phoenix Light Rail stops. We sat at the bar as we did not have a lot of time and had a merlot. It was happy hour and the wines were $2 off normal menu price, which...

Within 5 minuets we were seated at a great floor to ceiling window table. Dillon was our server. We ordered the Eggplant Nepoleon, with calamari for an appatiser and a house...

Great location, on the light rail route. Nice atmosphere, especially during the times of year when it's nice to eat outside. I had the pork chops, which I *never* order, but they were recommended by a friend and they were very good. They feature local art. Good place overall.
Great addition to the neighborhood
I chose Portland's based on a couple of reviews, a menu offering good choices (for someone with a gluten intolerance), the fact they use local organic vendors and it was a relaxed neighborhood place.
The service was outstanding and the food amazing. We started with the scallops with poleta - delicately delicious. My husband had the Cowboy pork chop and...
