Probably our favorite restaurant. Definitely our favorite Thai restaurant as we go nowhere else since they opened. The owners are wonderful, the food is wonderful and the atmosphere is wonderful. What else can you ask for?

My wife and our friends went here for her birthday (her choice) and yes it is stuck away in a strip shopping area behind London Gold on the corner of Shea and Scottsdale Rd. so not the easiest to find but, a gem worth visiting. First the teas are wonderfully done my favorite was the Morroccan mint but, the Thai...

We visited Takeda Thai on February 4, 2012. It's a little restaurant tucked away from the main road. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The food was extremely fresh, homemade, and used sophisticated thai flavors. I ordered the pumpkin curry with tofu. Large chunks of fresh pumpkin and basil infused the excellent curry sauce. The whole grain rice is...

We stopped by Takeda Thai on December 20, 2011 to satisfy our spicy food craving. It was our first visit there and we can't wait to go back. The food was outstanding. The owners were ever present and anxious to make sure that we were well taken care of at all times. A delightful lunch.
I visited Takeda Thai with friends whilst on a golf trip. We chose the restaurant based on trip advisor reviews. It was quite nearby to where we stayed but tucked away in a small shopping area in a place you would never drive past as a matter of course.
It is quite a small restaurant which has been nicely decorated....

And the...

This place is excellent all round. The service from Taylor was great, very helpful and was able to answer any of our questions and adjust our selected dishes appropriately. Sarah the host very friendly, came to our table and chatted with recommendations. Food better than my local English Thai. Overall excellent. Recommended 5•
