I have enjoyed lunches there when they have a special fund raiser for an organization. They do this quite often. The food is great and the staff donate their time for these occasions.

The food was to our order. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. We were tired and hungry. This place put us at ease and the experience was pleasing. It is on the top of our list of places to dine.
Food is always consistently good, service too! It is a great value for the money. I always get the chopped salad and the coconut shrimp. There steaks are the best around!
I order the fish special. It was undercooked and served without lemon. My spouse ordered steak and that was a much better choice. The veggies were tasty and crisp. Good service and consistently good food at this chain. Restaurant was clean, food was hot and timely delivered.

We haven't been to the OB in Sierra Vista in about 3 months. What a difference.
Generally busy, bar empty, greeted and ordered. Out of many items.
1 hour later......no food, second cola.
Plenty of staff up front, nothing coming out of the kitchen.
The "To Go" line outside caused a traffic jam.
It was so bad we left. That...
