Went to Restaurante El Rancho at the Hotel Villas Mar the other day for lunch while visiting friends in Dominical.I had a tuna sandwich which was a fresh piece of tuna,lettuce,tomatoes,avocado on a fresh crusty role. It was awesome!!! The wait staff was fast,friendly and efficient,you could not ask for more!!!

We chose this place because we wanted ceviche, and they were sold out, even though we got there quite early for dinner. The other people in my group enjoyed their food, but my fish was dry and the sides unremarkable. I wouldn't go back.

We have been To El Rancho at Villas Rio Mar many times over the last few years and never been disapointed. We even go when we are not staying there as guest. Very friendly helpful staff. They have a beautiful garden on property for a nice walk.
