We stopped in on our way between San Diego and Scottsdale--and what a treat. Obviously a locals favorite---with everyone from construction crews to attorneys working at the the nearby courthouse---was chowing down on what turned out to be great food at really good prices. We set out across the desert refreshed...and impressed.

This place was a first time visit and based on previous reviews thought it was going to be great. What a disappointment. Couldn't finish meal and had a very gross after taste some three hours later. Don't go!!

The tortilla chips and homemade salsa were great to start. Enchiladas excellent. Nachos were a HIT. Clean restaurant with friendly and fast service. Did NOT like the Flan -that was the only disappointment. Would return again

La Fonda is a great find. It is in a commercial area that must be busy during the week, we went on a Saturday, and even though the restaurant was busy there wasn’t much traffic in the area. We would never return to this restaurant. Very limited menu. Worst burrito, and taco I have ever eaten. We came with friends based on some reviews. BIG mistake. The other meals were equally as poor. Service was also very poor.

In Yuma & looking for a fabulous Mexican meal, good service and a really pretty, clean restaurant? La Fonda has it all! Easy to find, too. Try it...you'll love it! Prices are reasonable, too. A real dining pleasure.

This great little restaurant is near the corner of 11th and 3rd Street, with not much around but businesses. The place is nice and clean, great décor and the wait staff was excellent. Food came out quickly and was tasty, and the cost was very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to my friends.

The atmosphere was a little dull. Margaritas were good. My husband had the fajitas which tasted really fresh. Might keep looking around town to see other Mexican restaurants, but this one wasnt bad.
