Best ribs on the planet! Sometimes the waiting line is quite long, but still worth the wait. If weather is nice, consider getting your ribs take out and go to one of the great Eureka Springs parks to eat.

Atmosphere enjoyable, food was good not great - place was humming with people eating. Beef BBQ had a good taste and fries were not half bad.

Loved the food. Lots of it. I got the pork salad and was unique and very tasty. Pork was cooked to perfection. My aunt and husband got the pulled pork sandwiches and they were good as well. We like that you add your own BBQ sauce!

We never miss a stop here when we are in town. I love the pulled pork and the ribs. We always lick our plates and usually get pork to go. Don't let looks fool you - this is a super place for BBQ

Stopped in for lunch at Bubbas, and had the best meal in six days. I had a lunch chicken fajita special, and my husband had a BBQ pulled pork sandwich with homemade fries. We basically licked our plates clean. We even bought some of their bbq sauce to bring back home.

a real good BBQ restaraunt but very small and crowded inside very good selection of BBQ meats! could use a outside deck or expansion of inside eating area

Last year we visited Bubbas and had a pleasant experience and were excited to visit again. Stopped in for lunch, Tues. Nov 13th. I had ribs, hubby had sliced brisket.
