Food was good, inside is more formal than sitting outside, prices are reasonable. On the whole as good place to eat
This stalwart of Nerja doesn't really attract you from outside, but you really should give it a go.The menu is quite extensive so there is something for the fussiest of eaters.King prawns in a light curry sauce is a great choice,if a little expensive for a starter.Fillet steak is always mouth-wateringly tasty and tender. We have that because we are generally "Fished... This restaurant never disappoints. The setting and service is formal. Top class food and service. The best of ingredients with nothing spared. YUMMY !
We really enjoyed our meal here. We ate in the patio at the back of the restaurant. The garlic soup was fab and my husband enjoyed his fish. The service was quite formal but attentive. As a non meat eater i really liked that they had a seperate vegetarian menu with a few options. I did have to ask for... More
I would highly reccomend Pepe Rico. The entrees were delicious and reasonably priced, and the atmoshpere was very romantic. The staff was attentive but not overly intrusive, and the food was incredible. Not to be missed when in Nerja!
We have been coming to Pepe Rico's for many years and it is probably one the most comfortable places to just 'flop' into. Joachin the head waiter and Eva the owner are totally welcoming and the food and service is always top class. We will keep coming back here regularly.
This place is amazing! My family and I were looking for a quality restaurant with good food. So many of the places here in nerja are the same typical Spanish food with nothing to amazing. But this place had unique dishes that were tasty. We chose this restaurant out of all the others because they had a trip advisor sticker... More
We've been eating at Pepe's every year for the last 12 years although we happened to miss last year. Our first night choice, we arrived with high expectations of a reliable, authentic, friendly restaurant in a great location. The great location didn't disappoint, everything else did. We were the only people outside and quickly felt an inconvenience. The menu was... More
Pretentious restaurant with excellent food. Waiter made me feel I was at a tourist restaurant in Paris. Despite his aloofness the garlic cream soup was superb and the fish dishes was fresh with Spanish overtones. A good place to go that is a little more formal for a beach town but quiet and tasty.
