How sad to report that Seaham Hall has totally lost it. Went for lunch on Sunday, sat for over 20 minutes in The Drawing Room, no-one came to offer drinks, menus etc. at least 5 different members of staff walked through and ignored us. We were the sole occupants.

Staff, food, venue, service and setting were all fantastic. Couldn't recommend highly enough on all fronts.
