Cafe Breton is located at the Cliffhouse where people can relax and enjoy the Tagaytay breeze. Best non local food in Tagaytay...crepes and burger are very good....try the Cafe Liegeois...cold latte with ice cream...very good breakfast..crepes and pan cakes...overlooking Taal Lake
