Katy's Place serves excellent food and they do it with a smile. It's a little bit expensive (expect to pay about $15 per person for food alone), but the food is so good that we didn't mind. The service was terrific, too. Highly recommended!

I have been back there maybe 10 or so times no matter if I am staying in Carmel, PG, or Monterey. It is the ONLY place to go for breakfast. Great menu, good coffee, good service, and they never charge me extra if I want an extra plate to share like so many others in PG. Katy's never disappoints.

This place offers a big breakfast, a bit pricey but worth it if visiting and want to enjoy a good breakfast vs only coffee and pastries. Their local hot sauce is deleicious.

Katy's Place offers more variety of eggs benedict than I have ever seen on a menu. Each order is made with 3 eggs, and there is more than enough to share/split an order. Very yummy!

I think this is the only place you can get a big breakfast in Carmel Village. Everyone else was just pastry and coffee. However, Don't order the cinnimmon bun. It looked like it came out of the grocery store. They don't make them at the resturant.
