Try the sausage, peppers, and polenta appetizer; it's delicious. This restaurant has a quaint patio that is dog-friendly. The service, however, was a disappointment. The woman who received us at the door and our waitress were unfriendly. I hope you have a better experience with the employees.

Best Garlic Bread ever, great service, good wines and italian comfort food at its best. No wonder Sinatra enjoyed it so much too.

Great little Italian restaurant in Carmel. Atmosphere fantastic, food superb, staff brilliant, wine excellent. We stopped here for a meal before heading down to watch the sunset at the beach. We weren't disappointed with any aspect of our visit here. Pepe's Pinot Noir was so smooth and complemented my Bolognese dish very well.

This is the second time we have eaten here. The servings are generous as well as tasty. We the attentive service as well as the ambiance.

We have visited Carmel often over many years. On each visit we dine at least once at Little Napoli. The food and service are consistently very good. Tonight was no exception. We had lasagna and pasta. The dishes were prepared perfectly and the service pleasant and efficient. We couldn't have been more pleased with the evening.
