Good for the area and the price. My husband enjoyed the chimichangas, and the shrimp fettucine was actually really good. Don't let the basic decor fool you - pretty good food.
A group of us went to Martins. I ordered the Chile Relleno, Tamale and Taco -- it was quite good and above average -- I like to rate Mexican restaurants by the Rellenos. The fish tacos were below average so that is why my rating is average
My wife & I were staying accross the street and decided to go to breakfast. I pulled out of the driveway and we noticed this restaurant. We decided to try it--I should have gone with my gut feeling and kept driving! The people there are very friendly. We found some Mexican dishes on the menu and decided to try them.... More
We were staying in the motel opposite and went in on their recommendation. Breakfast was great. Freshly cooked, excellent quality and tasty. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant doesn't look much from the outside but inside the decor is welcoming and we felt very comfortable, even though the place was quite empty. The salsa with my huevos... More
the prices are ridiculous for the portions that you get I'm better off going to Taco Bell.overpriced food for under rated quality and quantity .
Title says it all, when the locals are inside it has to be good. We went twice, waitress was great, food was great, and most of all prices very reasonable.
I am part of a breakfast group from Cambria. We travel to about a dozen restaurants in the area. Last time was a Friday morning and we arrived at 8:20 AM. Not a soul around. The sign says open 8 AM. About two months ago we scheduled them and arrived at about 8:20 AM and the door was locked....after banging... More
We were really surprised at how good this food is for the price. My husband, who comes from a Latino family, says calling it "authentic" is a stretch but even he says the food is really good! And its a nice change up if you're in Cayucos for a week...there's only so much seafood a person can eat.
Needed a dinner at the end of a long day.Big on Mexican some Italian...great Margueritas and the food was fine, service friendly, very reasonable prices. You have to guess when they're open, published times mean little. They shut at 9.00 pm and overstaying isn't an option!
They have a breakfast special Monday thru Friday which is very very good. This is a good restaurant for Mexician or Italian food. Martin does an excellent job cooking and offers a very large variety of menu item. We love his enchildnas and tacos. So if it's mexician food that you like make Martin's one of your stops while in...
