Tommy J's is a small restaurant with a split personality. The restaurant, which is usually packed with UC Davis students, is co-located with Froggy's Bar. Another great dive. Tommy J's is actually an independently run restaurant housed inside of a great bar, Froggy's. Very simple menu, centered around burgers, chicken breast, or gardenburgers served in about 10 different combinations, but the burgers take center stage.
