Great. Convenient location, fast efficient staff, perfect miso, excellent yakisoba cooked on the griddle. Will go back to check out the teppanyaki. Reading other reviews sounds like it pays to go early. Very good value, and happy tummy food. Loads of excellent tofu vegetarian options as well as meat and seafood.

Depending on what you order, chances are you will have a great meal. The teppan dishes are usually very good, but if you want khmer, you're probably better off in another of Sihanoukvilles many restaurants.
