The pizza at Martini's is just great, best we have had in a long time. The base was super crispy, the tomato sauce really tasty, and the toppings lovely and fresh and lots of them.

We have eaten at Martini's for three consecutive evenings last weekend. Fresh fish barbecue, italian mouth watering pasta toppings (pesto, cacio e pepe, seafood sauce), beautiful variety of home made cheese coming from nearby siem reap. The atmosphere at night on the beach is relaxing, and with the taste of great food and a good freezing white wine, we had... More

Martini Beach " Italian Restaurant " or better trattoria claims to be an authentic Italiian with 100% iimported ingredients - http://martinibeachsihanoukville.com/our-food. After staying in Sihanoukville for almost a week with marvelous food experiences - both Khmer & Western, I was thrilled to test the " Ranked #1 of 68 restaurants in Sihanoukville ". We ordered a starter " Insalata Caprese... More

Dear Sir, I am sorry you haven't been satisfied with our food. The mozzarella that you mentioned is true mozzarella, which, like all the other ingredients we use, is imported from Italy . We invite you in our restaurant to verify what we are publicly saying. Regarding our pizza, we have to admit that it is not made with a... More

after the successful homemade mozzarella, the latest arrival on the Martini Beach's menu is the Porchetta, which is roast piglet seasoned with herbs. Try it, it is so addictive you'll keep ordering it every time you go there.

I went there last night, even if as a second time in Siahnoukville I do not like much the area...simply because I'm not in my 20s any more, and quieter areas are my preferred...anyway back to Martini Beach. Once you find it (I even had the name/address translated into khmer for the tuktuk) is what I would expect from a... More

This has to be one of the best shacks lining the beach. Owned by an Italian thus has very good Italian food, even homemade mozarella! The beers are nice and cold and cheap, and the service is friendly. We spent a few days hanging out here at different times of day, but our favorite was chilling out and watching the... More
