Nice little restaurant in La Jolla shores. You have to eat outside to really enjoy this charming spot. We liked the food but found it a little pricy.

The bread sticks are fantastic,just a little extra to this fun place for dining. A short stroll to the beach afterwards makes a nice finish. Quite casual for those out-of-towners that don't want to get dolled up. Good food.

Great atmosphere and excellent service. Walking distance from the beach. Casual or dressy attire with seating indoors or ouside on the patio.

This is the place to eat for the locals. Food just keeps bring them back. Not fancy, but comfortable. Never have to about service or the food.

We had not been to Piatti's in years since it is not very convenient to our home...anyway, we decided to venture out of our neighborhood one Sunday night and are we ever glad we did! Now I remember why I liked this place so much and will be back sooner than later!

Always make a point of stopping at Piatti in La Jolla when I come this way. Great food in a fun atmosphere. Had the pecan crusted trout - was perfect - moist and flavorful. The arancini - rice balls - I had as an appetizer were a bit gooey - I like them a bit firmer.

Not a place for a quiet, romantic interlude, but very good Italian food served capably and very affordable. I especially appreciated the variety of menu choices.
