Had the delicious seafest and wine pairings for dinner one night. Excellent! Each course was prepared and presented in an amazing way. Go!

We had no reservations on Wednesday at 7PM...welcomed and seated in main dining room (maybe we were lucky on that)...I'd make a reservation in the future. Service was attentive, friendly and helpful. The house and caprese salads were very good...fresh mozzarella :). We had the butternut squash ravioli (very rich and delicious), short rib ravioli (my wife LOVED it), and... More

Expecting a delicious meal on a Saturday night. Made a 7:45 reservation, and seated by a somewhat snippy hostess at just after 8. Seated in the Wine Room, which does not match the casual, but elegant feel of the main dining room, and looks like a tacky add on. Server was very friendly. Put in orders and the appetizer arrived... We had the privilege of going to one of fabio's chef's dinners. It was great fun. For those of you have not heard of this, there was about 50 people in a separate room from the main restaurant. Fabio comes out to each table and meets and greetsHe also explains each course before it is served and after. Atmosphere is... More

We went on New Years Eve. Even though it was very loud and busy, we still received great food service. My husband loved his Caesar salad and chicken Marsala. The dessert - eggnog bread pudding was pretty great too;)

I've been to Firenze a number of times for lunch, most recently for a holiday lunch this last week. The bruschetta we started with was good. I also opted for the Caesar salad, which I have to say is one of the best I've had. It had more dressing on it than I generally prefer, but the dressing was soooo... More

My wife and I recently visited Italy and realized that very little Italian food made in America is as good as it is in Italy. And there is so much more to Italian cuisine than Pizza and Pasta. We live in Orange County and had dinner at this restaurant on a recent trip into town. We were very pleased. For... More

Fiirenze Osteria, formally Barsac Brasseria is a great find and is without a doubt the best restauant in the East Valley area. Lisa and James built Barsac into a warm friendly powerhouse and have reinvented the dinning experience with High Energy, new Tuscan decor, Great food and a supper menu. The bar is great - the bar area is my... More

I came here because I am a huge Top Chef fan and love to check out contestants' restaurants when I'm traveling. The menu was huge (it comes in a binder), which means a lot of choices, but I would have preferred a smaller, more focused menu (there were three salads that sounded like almost the same thing). I started with... More
