Despite the rather high-priced menu, we were hungry and decided to give this place a try. Great decision! We weren't thrilled with the first seat we were given, so I asked for one with a better view. The hostess was happy to move us. We waited just a few minutes for a seat right by a window and it was... More

Loved the view of the harbor. Cool night, heater above us did not work, sounded like a blender, so they turned it off. They will give separate bills when with a large group, such as our group of 10 people. Food was average, price high, just like others in the area. The harbor view helps to make it worth the... More

I really enjoyed Cannery Row and the scenic walk from my hotel at FIsherman's Wharf. Fish Hopper seemed to cater to both locals and the tourists which I loved. Its a bit overpriced. Stick to seafood - the steak was only okay. Also, don't waste your money on the huge fun drinks, they are way too sweet --- spend your... More

This has been one of my favorites for a long time on Cannery Row. Always good food, views and service. They made my Keoke coffee just how I like it. The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

We've been to a lot of the restaurants in Cannery Row and Fisherman's Wharf over the years, but Fish Hopper is our favorite. While a bit overpriced, it is consistently good and tasty. Service can be spotty, but usually good. If you get a table by the window, you might see otters hanging out in the Bay.

Wife had the oysters on the half shell. Very large and full of flavor. I had the salmon sandwich. Delicious. Waitress recommended a half bottle of Chenin blanc. Great choice. Would eat here again.

This way what we were looking for at Monterey bay. The food was great, service as well. We sat outside, with a wonderful view. Way to go!

My wife and I had dinner here. Views were very nice. Food was more on par with a chain seafood restaurant in the Midwest than higher end prices on the coast. Almost no fresh seafood on the menu which is a concern in this type of place. My wife's Crab Louie salad had small bits of shredded crab, tiny shrimp... More

Ate here twice whilst staying in Monterey. The food and views are truly amazing. It was an absolute delight to sit in such beautiful surroundings and watch the sea otters and seals from our table. The Ruby tini cocktail was pretty good too.
