Food tasted like it was "fresh from the freezer", definitely not locally caught. We won't be coming back for food, maybe just drinks next time.

We walked the Embarcadero in Morro Bay searching for an affordable seafood restaurant. We decided on Dutchman's Seafood House for the value its menu promised and its beautiful location. We were not disappointed. We enjoyed their excellent seafood chowder, lovely salad with fresh local vegetables, and fried sand dabs accompanied by a yummy lemon caper aioli, seasonal vegetables and rice pilaf...

We chose this restaurant just by chance, and what a good choice. The food was really good and the service was excellent. The fish chowder was awesome! Highly recommended.
To my mind, Dutchman's has greatly improved since its remodel, name and concept change a few years ago. A family owned restaurant and a must do for excellent dinner or lunch. The food is amazing, atmosphere is modern and relaxing. We usually eat there a couple of times when were in town. Pleasant wait staff. I think they're clam chowder is the best in town. Entrees are simple, beautifully dished and always yummy.
We stopped here after walking down the board walk a few times.
This place offers half price appetizer along with discounted wine from 3-6. We ordered the oysters and steam clams along with a glass of chardonnay. The food was cooked to perfection and the wine was great. If you are in a budget and want some nice food ,...

We got a 15% discount from Yelp and tried this place. The ciopinno (sp) was excellent. The prices are very reasonable considering the great view.

We had a great dinner with excellent service topped off a window table within walking distance of our motel.
Travis, the bartender, was amazing! He was very attentive and friendly. The food is great with a view like no other.
