Had dinner here last week. The food and service were both really great. We all had the red snapper over asparagus with a seared scallop which was delicious. They also had live music that night which was great and at a noise level where you could still carry on a conversation. Had a good vibe.

We enjoyed our dinner at the Cork Tree. I had the pork shank and it was delicious. Very tender. My wife had the fish special, which was a red snapper and a scallop. We shared the cork tree banana split for desert. Would recommend

We ate in the bar and ordered off bar menu which was certainly good enough. Tried the beef skewers and husband had the sliders. We liked the ambiance in there and would go back

A little after 8pm, we arrived and decided to sit in the (very attractive) bar. We looked at both the bar and full menu, and decided there were some nice samplings on the bar menu. My husband's was good, but I was surprised my Caesar salad showed up with chives. I'm allergic to them, and usually let servers know that... More

I've dined here twice and loved the beautiful presentation of some menu items (the beet salad is great). But the place is just lacking ambiance in my opinion. Still a good choice when in the area

Our friends (clients) asked to meet at an out of the way restaurant away from the convention we were all attending. I found this restaurant on Trip Advisor. What a find! It looks like a chain restaurant from the street. Inside it is elegant, and on a Thursday night all the tables were filled. Our booth was private and roomy.... More

Kale salad and seared tuna was one of the most delicious ever. The duck pleased. My husband and the wine recommendation was perfect

My wife and I had.a special date night on our last night in the desert and chose the Cork Tree for dinner. To say the least, we were not disappointed! There was so much on the menu that looked delicious that we ate four courses, something we very rarely do. Appetizer was a delicious mushroom ravioli with a tomato confit... More

We had four excellent meals here this season. Food is good as is ambiance. Service could be a tad more attentive, perhaps too few servers. Consistently good year over year since opening.

This gem is located in a strip mall and doesn't really look like much from the outside. My wife and I have been two times now and had great food both times. The service was good, not too intrusive but still attentive enough. The presentation of the food was nice. I had short ribs that were melt in your mouth... More
