Was there a month ago, on the last night of my Palo Alto visit. Wish it had been the first night, because I would have returned for every dinner of my brief stay. I preferred the chicken taco to their more "famous" fish version, but both were delicious, as were their salsas. Great casual atmosphere, very reasonable prices, excellent service.

Sancho's is one of the best Mexican spots around. They've got great hearty burritos with fresh ingredients. I would recommend the burrito only if your in the mood for a heavy meal, because they are some of the biggest burritos that I've ever had. If you want something a little lighter, go for the fish tacos. They're lightly battered and... More

Food: Hands down the best burrito I've ever had. 1) Super Burrito with Pollo Asado - rice, refried beans, guac, sour cream, chicken = delicious! 2) Fish Taco - get the fish sautéed instead of fried and you won't regret it. Service: You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. They are very quick and give... More

Two things you need for great Tacos, fresh ingredients and fresh tortillas! You will find both at Sancho's! The variety of excellent and homemade salsas, the bright and sunny decor and outdoor patio are just a bonus! The vegetarian black beans are delicious and packed with flavor! Great tasting vegetarian beans is hard dish for a lot of mom and... More

Stopped in the other day to Sancho's for lunch and was definitely pleasantly surprised. The salsa was great, and the fish burrito was notably REALLY good. I will probably return, and I definitely recommend it.

I'd go there anytime for the fish tacos. They're not cheap ($4 each), but they're delicious

Prepare to get in line if you arrive anywhere in the noon hour, but other than cramped quarters, this place does not fail. The food is delicious. Get an order of 2-3 soft tacos. The fish and veggie are my two favorites. The manager and team work very hard, and they have a Redwood City location that caters as well.

Tender moist grilled fish nuggets, crunchy cabbage slaw, savory light cheese sauce, sweet chopped onion, all wrapped in a warm fresh soft taco. They come with a wedge of lime and it is there for a reason! Squeeze it over the grilled fish nuggets and spoon over some of their delicious salsa, and you got yourself a little piece of... More

Second day of work, my boss tells me about this place. Being part Mexican myself I wasn't really up for it. I was wrong. The place is quite small and really welcoming! The service/orders are pretty quick and the atmosphere really nice. But most of all, THE FISH TACO IS AMAZING! That's just the most complete efficient snack ever. If... More
