Thomas Hills Organics didn't quite work for us. It was one of those menus that's hard to find anything you really want for lunch. I had ahi tuna salad. I've had many that were better. I've never had one with so little tuna. My wife had a shrimp salad that was OK, but far from memorable. Service, while pleasant, was... More

This was our second time to Thomas Hill Organics - it was so good the first time (2011) that my wife and I had to return for another visit. This place rocks. Great food, and a really good selection of Paso Robles wines. Appetizer/salad was great. I had the tuna tataki and my wife had the beet and strawberry salad,... More

Strawberry and kumquat on goat cheese bruschetta? The combinations seem the result of a bored menu-writer but they work and work well. The locals all seem to know and love this place--with that much hype a place usually disappoints, but not here. As the names states, they focus on fresh local organic ingredients. You would be missing something special not... More

This place has an organic garden selection of greens which made a fantastic salad and side for the T-Bone steak. The rich flavor of the beets in my salad is enough to bring me back again.

We split the smoked salmon sandwich and salad. Yummy ingredients and just the right amount for lunch. Enjoy!

Yum! (Nothing more needs to be said.:-)) We go very time we're in Paso, it's that good. There's not a lot you could do to improve the dining experience.

The focus here is on imaginative dished prepared from fresh, organic and non-gmo-treated meats. You could easily get an excellent totally vegetarian meal, if that's your desire. (We're omnivores, so we each enjoyed a fish and meat dish.) Each dish showed a lot of imagination and careful preparation. A lot of locally-grown produce.

I just was there last night for dinner. I've been before at lunch, and always had a great meal, but I wasn't sure how this place would transform in the evening. As we walked in we could see the chef preparing pizzas in the stone oven outside. My dinner companion decided right there and then that a pizza would be... More

I don't know, we dine out a lot and had high expectations based on the reviews. We came and waited even though we have reservation and waited for 15 min to sit. When we sat we waited another 10 min to order drinks. They said they were unusually busy, but they only had 3 waiters, it was a Sunday-Staff people!... More

Wow! Wow! Wow! We've been here 3 times on our way from Los Angeles to Monterey and wish they were closer. Fabulous food and drink (wines, beers, coffee!!) in a beautiful courtyard setting. Fresh, local ingredients wherever possible. Lunch was cold smoked salmon with greens, chipotle ailoi and avocado on some of the best multi grain bread (toasted) I've ever... More
