We ate breakfast here and it was very good. The food tasted great and the staff was very friendly although they were real busy because the place was full. A great place to eat a nice breakfast.

I've had breakfast at most of the breakfast spots in Paso and while a lot of them have great food Springside has great food and great service. The dining room is wide open rather than divided into booths and it feels comfy and cozy. The service is excellent with family members pitching in to help serve. The owner makes a... More

We had breakfast here on the recommendation of other Trip Advisor reviewers. On your initial drive-by viewing of the restaurant, it reminds you of the typical quaint looking house turned to restaurant. But once inside, well, that’s another story. The interior is decorated in warm European and somewhat elegant tones. Both my wife and I commented that it had a... More

We had breakfast at Springside a charming and cozy Paso staple. The service, including lots of great coffee, was the best part of the meal. My husband did the straightforward bacon-&-eggs thing but I decided to try one of their Eggs Benedict offerings, with avocado added to the traditional ingredients. Since the menu featured several variations on this classic, I... More

I'm picky about how my omlettes are made--with the cheese inside--and they do it right. Good dinners too. Well prepared food.

The best hidden secret in Paso! We have eaten here many times and have always enjoyed our meals! The grilled Salmon with dill butter sauce, the rib eye, the Chipino (when available), the stroganoff, actually everything we have eaten there is EXCELLANT!! The prices are resonable, too! Good homey atmosphere and Javier is always anxious to please. We will keep... More

We had a fantastic dinner last month and intend on going again tonight. Their chicken piccata is delicious and I was very impressed with their steamed clams. I don't normally drink the "juice" that is with the steamed clams but couldn't help myself. They were the best I've ever had. My husband had the beef stroganoff and he was satisfied.... More

Great Dinner.... If you are looking for a great evening dining experience that is affordable, great tasting and warm, this is it! Family owned, this restaurant is better know for its breakfast/lunch menu than its dinnner menu. Give it a try and I'm sure you will be delighted. Every time we are in town, we have dinner here. Its always... More

A previous review from trip advisor led me to this restaurant. The review mentioned the biscuit as excellent. I found the biscuit disappointing. Though large and hot it was dry and tough. Was expecting hot and flakey streight from the oven. The omelet was OK, nothing special, the cheese and veggies lumped in the middle. The ham in the omelet... More
